With over 10 years in licensing business, Justyna Troszczynska became international film industry professional experienced in both sales and acquisition of features, docs and programs. She started from DVD distribution thru TV licensing and managing theatrical distribution company for 5 years. She launched Media4Fun company in 2009 with a profile of film industry consulting for Producers and Distributors who needs professional advice of how to manage and sell their movies on domestic and international market.

She graduated in Management from The Military University of Technologyin Warsaw. She used to work with Onet.pl, where she was responsible for the organization of the internal life of the company. Later she worked at Samsung and was responsible for the international events, B2B trade relations and product promotion. For the last 2 years she has been managing trainings and presentations on techniques for implementing new sales possibilities in Internet systems at the international digital agency Cionet.

In film industry since 2000. First at Silver Screen then Monolith Films where handled marketing, promotion and PR. While working for the Polish Film Institute she was responsible for the foreign promotion of Polish cinematography. For the last 2 years she has been managing Festival strategies for Polish and International documentary and feature films. Member of the European Film Academy.

Lukas had worked in the video department of Group Onet for 6 years as a VOD content manager. He was responsible for cooperation with partners and multimedia delivery and video material preparation. Previously he was a sales manager at TAKT company.
